I am beyond grateful for this scholarship and how this opportunity means a lot to me with my time at San Jose State University. This scholarship helps my family to not have the financial pressure for my first year of college since my dad is not able to return to the workforce, and allows me to have my full attention on my education. I hope that one day I will give back to others the way this scholarship has given to me.
